Is My Digital Card hosted in Saudi Arabia?
Yes. All Gulf Tech products are hosted on infrastructure with KSA data residency options. We comply with local data protection laws and offer dedicated regional hosting for enterprise customers.
Does it support Arabic?
Yes. My Digital Card fully supports Arabic (RTL) as well as English. Both languages can be used simultaneously — and our team designs every interface to look polished in either direction.
Can I get a custom demo?

Is there an API for integration?
Yes. My Digital Card offers a REST API on Business and Enterprise tiers. We have pre-built integrations for common KSA systems (Mada, STC Pay, ZATCA e-invoicing, Aramco SAP) and can build custom ones for enterprise customers.
What kind of support do I get?
All plans include KSA-based support during business hours (Sun–Thu, 9:00–18:00). Pro/Business tiers add priority response (SLA: 4 hours). Enterprise customers get 24/7 support and a dedicated customer success manager.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly plans can be canceled anytime with no penalty — your data remains accessible for 30 days after cancellation. Annual plans are pro-rated. Enterprise contracts follow agreed terms.
