Yes. All Gulf Tech products are hosted on infrastructure with KSA data residency options. We comply with local data protection laws and offer dedicated regional hosting for enterprise customers.
Does it support Arabic?
Yes. Dine Menu fully supports Arabic (RTL) as well as English. Both languages can be used simultaneously — and our team designs every interface to look polished in either direction.

All plans include KSA-based support during business hours (Sun–Thu, 9:00–18:00). Pro/Business tiers add priority response (SLA: 4 hours). Enterprise customers get 24/7 support and a dedicated customer success manager.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly plans can be canceled anytime with no penalty — your data remains accessible for 30 days after cancellation. Annual plans are pro-rated. Enterprise contracts follow agreed terms.
